They promptly showed up after my furnace stopped working. Unfortunately, my old unit was at the end of its life (19 years). They diagnosed and priced out the repairs and also got me prices for a full replacement. At the end of the day we decided to replace the unit rather than keep fixing. From the first contact throughout the process the whole team was excellent. Communication was fantastic, and the repair/install teams were top notch. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were professional and friendly. Will, Preston, and Jake were fantastic to work with, and the workmanship was impeccable.

I recently had a problem with my radon exhaust pipe icing up. I called the Faust Co. to see if they could help. They came out the next morning. I liked the service feature that allows you to track the tech's arrival time live (it takes the guesswork out of the between 8–10 a.m. time slot estimated time). Riley and James arrived and quickly removed the iceberg from the exhaust pipe, and the system went back to normal operation. Riley asked if I wanted to become a member in the furnace/air conditioner maintenance program. He said he would perform a tune-up on the furnace today and service the air conditioner come spring. It was a reasonable cost for the two, so I said go ahead. He found a leak in the furnace exhaust, repaired it, and finished up the tune-up. I can't say how much I enjoyed the friendly attitude from both Riley and James; they made my morning. I will be using H.J. Faust from now on.

We recently had to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. No one wants to have to do this at the start of winter, but H.J. Faust made the process as painless as possible. From the initial service call, Colin quickly determined the problem. He thoroughly explained the problem and answered our questions. We made the decision that the furnace was not safe and needed to be replaced. The next day, Lori came out to look at our old system. She was extremely thorough in measuring the old system and suggesting required updates. After discussing our options, we picked the HVAC units that fit our needs. The next morning, Will and his installation team were at work completely removing the old units and installing the new. After the install was complete, he walked us through the new system features. Bottom line, we highly recommend H.J. Faust!

While doing routine maintenance, Jeff noticed an error message and manually tested the component to verify there was a problem. Sure enough, we needed a new pressure gauge. So glad he noticed.
