Your Path: From Apprentice to Technician
Every technician at H.J. Faust follows our structured Internal Apprenticeship & Development Program. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced Lead Technicians while progressing through a defined series of training milestones that combine classroom education, hands-on field experience, technical evaluations, and increasing levels of responsibility.
Rather than simply learning by watching, you'll follow a clear roadmap that teaches the "why" behind the work. As your skills develop, so does your responsibility, allowing you to build confidence before ever being expected to work independently.
Learning doesn't stop once you become a technician. Every member of our team—from apprentices to senior technicians and office staff—participates in ongoing company training throughout the year to stay current with the latest technology, installation practices, safety standards, customer service techniques, and industry best practices. We also provide manufacturer training, certification opportunities, and continuous professional development to ensure every employee continues growing throughout their career.
