As we continue to monitor the developing situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have developed this policy to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all team members and clients.

COVID-19 Risk Management Procedures

Comfort Advisors and Technicians are equipped with personal protective equipment to help ensure the safety of both our coworkers and clients.
No employees showing symptoms of COVID-19 will be working.
Our showroom is now open. We still provide call-ahead and pickup service for parts, sheet metal, or any other products. Please call (262) 418-0700">(262) 418-0700 to source parts or filters if needed.
The service team will contact you prior to your scheduled visit and describe the increased sanitary measures we are taking. They will also confirm that no one in your household tested positive for COVID-19 or is currently self-quarantined due to related symptoms or exposure to someone with the virus. If this is the case, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
